Remembering

This is suppose to be a joyous time of year, regardless of your beliefs.  The world tells you you are happy. 

For people dealing with loss whether it is new or old it can also be  very challenging and sometimes overwhelming. 

Remembering all of the people in my life both friends and family who are no longer here in body, but still in my heart.
